All items on Mixsir’s website are made to order. This means that none of our products are sitting in a warehouse collecting dust and waiting to be bought. Everything is made fresh as it is ordered.

Once you place an order, it will be processed, and once payment has cleared, the fulfillment process begins.

It takes 2–10 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Once the order is fulfilled, the average shipping time is 4 business days, depending on the delivery destination.

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address.
