Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day.

 Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. (if and as applicable).

Because all items are made to order, we cannot except size exchanges. So please review our size charts to ensure you are ordering the right size.


Shipping

All items on Mixsir’s website are made to order. This means that none of our products are sitting in a warehouse collecting dust waiting to be bought. Everything is made fresh as it is ordered.

Once you place an order, it will be processed and once payment has cleared, the fulfillment process begins.

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Once the order is fulfilled, the average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address.
